Account Registration

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Age Verification

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• A wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) applies to all bonuses.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• If the requirement is not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion applies only once per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• nagad88vip reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

Fair Play Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension and Closure

nagad88vip may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.

• Failure to complete identity verification or failure to cooperate.
• Being confirmed as a minor.
• Evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

8.1 Inactive Accounts

An administrative fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more. In such cases, the user will be notified in advance by email.

8.2 Self-Initiated Account Closure

Any user who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. All active bonuses will be cancelled before the account closure request is processed. Any remaining withdrawable balance that meets the minimum withdrawal requirement will be returned.

Limitation of Liability

nagad88vip bears no responsibility for the following:

• A game being interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.

• Delays or errors from third-party payment services.
